All pedal assemblies are shipped complete with necessary mounting hardware, switches (must use own brake switch) and pedal stoppers, Yes, even pedal stoppers.
You will not find a more complete pedal set.
Surface rust and paint fade/chips and some wear is normal, remember, these parts are at least 25+ yrs. old and clutch m/c do leak on them at times.
Cruise control compatible pedals are also available, based on availability.
